This Thanksgiving, we’re especially thankful for the families who make our Bluebird Kids community so special.
To say thank you, every new family who completes their first well-visit appointment in our Jacksonville or Tamarac offices between November 17th and November 28th, 2025 will receive a $15 food voucher toward their Thanksgiving dinner. The voucher is accepted at Harveys, Publix, and Winn-Dixie and can be used for turkey, ham, fruits, or vegetables.

Terms & Conditions
Offer only valid for new pediatric patients who are seen in the practice between 11/17/25 - 11/28/25.
Visits must be “well-visits” (check-ups) and not due to specific illness or injury.
Offer only valid at our locations in Jacksonville and Tamarac.
The voucher is only redeemable for $15 worth of food in the following categories: turkey, ham, fruit, or vegetables and can be used at the following participating stores: Harveys, Publix and Winn Dixie.

This is the season for giving. We’re collecting non-perishables at our practice between November 17th and November 28th.
If you’d like to donate, please bring non-perishable food items to the practice.
