Book your appointment
Choose the time that works for your family — same-day, next-day, or ahead of schedule.

Fill out your forms ahead of time
You'll get a link to sign up for your patient portal and complete new patient paperwork online before your visit. Filling this out in advance saves you time when you arrive.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early
Check in at the front desk when you arrive. Our team will confirm your insurance information and help you take care of any remaining paperwork or co-pays.

Our Care Team will bring you back
A member of the Care Team will get your child settled, take vitals, and prep your care team for the visit.

Your child's provider will come in
Your pediatric provider will complete the appointment and walk you through any next steps, referrals, or recommendations.

Grab your sticker on the way out
Stop by the front desk before you leave to schedule any follow-up appointments. And don't forget, every patient earns a sticker.
