For your convenience, Bluebird Kids accepts payment in the form of credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), CareCredit, Personal checks, Prepaid debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and ACH bank payment. Payment is required at your appointment unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please note that if you’re paying by check, a service charge will be applied to any account whose check is returned for any reason.

We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid. Our services are billed through your insurance. You will be responsible for the deductibles and co-pays outlined in your policy.

Do you offer self-pay or payment plans?

We offer both options. If you’re interested in a payment plan, we ask that you contact us ahead of time so we can make the appropriate arrangements. While we can also discuss this at your appointment, it is likely to add additional time to your visit.

Do you offer telehealth services and are they billable to insurance?

All of our providers are available via telehealth. You can indicate your preference for a telehealth visit when you’re booking your appointment. Many insurers bill telehealth visits similarly to in-office visits and we recommend reaching out to your insurer to get more specific information.
