Your Telehealth Appointment
We’re looking forward to seeing you at your upcoming telehealth appointment. Please log into your account at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Follow the instructions below to ensure your appointment goes as smoothly as possible.



Instructions
Log into the Patient Portal and check-in for your virtual Telehealth visit at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Have the patient’s current height and weight available as well as any completed forms required for the appointment.
Enable your microphone and camera. Both must be enabled to participate in a telehealth session. If you’re using a mobile device, please enable the correct permissions for our telehealth platform to use your microphone and camera.
Enter the patient’s name (and not the parent or guardian’s name) and check in. Once you check in, you’ll placed in our virtual waiting room and your provider will start your appointment as soon as they’re available.
