Your Telehealth Appointment
We’re looking forward to seeing you at your upcoming telehealth appointment. Please log into your account at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Follow the instructions below to ensure your appointment goes as smoothly as possible.



Instructions
Scroll down and click on the picture of the provider you have an appointment with or where it says the provider’s name
Enter the patient’s name (not the parent or guardian’s name) and check in. You’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room once you check in. Your provider will start your appointment as soon as they’re available.
Have the patient’s current height and weight available as well as any completed forms required for the appointment.
Enable your microphone and camera. Both must be enabled to participate in a telehealth session. If you’re using a mobile device, please enable the correct permissions for our telehealth platform to use your microphone and camera.
