As the Chief Medical Officer of Bluebird Kids Health and as a pediatrician and parent myself, I want to personally welcome you and your family. 

When I think about the care we provide, I often ask myself: Would this be good enough for my own kids? That simple question guides everything we do.

One of the first things I like to share with new families is our mission: Bluebird Kids Health is committed to meeting the physical and emotional needs of the children of Jacksonville by providing the highest quality of care with compassion and honesty.

These words aren’t just aspirational— they’re the foundation of how we practice medicine. It’s why I pursued a career to pediatrics and it’s why we follow evidence-based guidelines set by the American Academy of Pediatrics for conditions like asthma, ADHD, anxiety, and vaccine-preventable illnesses. We take pride in staying current so you can feel confident that your child is receiving care based on the latest science.

In addition to following the science, we also believe in the impact of whole-child care and care coordination. If your child needs to see  a specialist, our dedicated Care Coordinators make sure to not only connect you with a provider, but also ensures the records from that visit come back to your Bluebird Kids Health provider so we can keep the full picture in focus.That’s what we mean when we talk about being your patient-centered home.
