Sunshine Health designates Bluebirds Kids as a Foster Care Center of Excellence

A Foster Care Center of Excellence (FCCOE) is a designation Sunshine Health awards medical centers that provide expert, trauma-informed care for youth and families involved in the state foster care system. To receive this designation, medical centers must meet 20 criteria that show providers understand the unique needs of families and members of the Pathway to Shine Specialty Plan.
