About Me
I'm a pediatrician, and I knew this was my calling long before I ever set foot in medical school.
What I love most about this work is the relationships. I've been doing this long enough to watch kids go from toddlers to teenagers to young adults heading off to college. Getting to be part of that journey, for the whole family, is something I never take for granted.
I care for kids of all ages, and at every stage, there are struggles and triumphs. Welcoming a newborn, navigating the elementary years, and then suddenly finding yourself parenting a teenager — those shifts can be a lot. My job is to help families find their footing at every stage, and to remind parents that adolescence, as tough as it can be, is also one of the most rewarding seasons to guide a child through.
One thing I come back to often: your child is their own person from day one. Even the youngest patients come with their own needs, their own personality, and their own path. The more we lean into that, the better.
Outside of the office, I stay happy and grounded through family, painting, and gardening.
