About Me
I'm a pediatrician who takes a lighthearted, casual approach — without skipping the details. You'll often find me drawing diagrams or pulling up pictures to help explain medical terms.
I've lived in Pennsylvania, Boston, Miami, Dallas, and Ecuador, and I married into a Colombian family. Fluency in both English and Spanish lets me connect personally with families and be sensitive to the cultural traditions that matter to them.
I'm also a new mom to a one-year-old daughter, which means I'm now taking the advice that I give to new parents. I'm happy to support new moms as they become parents, especially with the breastfeeding journey.
Outside of the office, I'm usually outside with my two Bernese Mountain Dogs, cooking something with bold flavors, or planning the next trip. My daughter is already becoming a foodie, and I love swapping food recommendations with families.
Jot your questions down as they come to you — no question is too small. Newborns do a lot of weird things, and I'm here to prepare you so you don't have to worry later.
