About Me
I'm a pediatrician, and I grew up on a small Caribbean island where healthcare resources were sometimes limited. That shaped everything about how I practice. I truly believe that prevention is better than cure, and that belief is at the heart of every visit.
What drew me to pediatrics is the joy of getting to know my patients and their families, making them feel seen and valued, and celebrating the little milestones along the way. I practice evidence-based, preventive care with a genuine listening ear.
I'm especially passionate about encouraging a love for reading in the children I care for. I believe nurturing young minds is just as important as caring for their physical health — which is part of why I wrote and published my own children's book about going to the doctor.
Outside of the office, you can find me doing exactly that: reading, writing, and finding ways to make kids excited about both.

Be patient with your little ones, and be patient with yourselves as parents.
“We feel heard, reassured, and confident in our plan moving forward.”
