About
With over 30 years of experience as a primary care pediatrician and as a mother of five, I’ve dedicated my life to nurturing children's health and supporting families. For the past 20 years, I’ve also been an educator, teaching medical students and residents about the important issues that affect children and families. I believe in providing individualized, comprehensive care that respects each child's unique journey and background. Parenthood is a significant stage of life with unique challenges, and I strive to support families through every step. My approach is practical and flexible, recognizing that there is no single right way to raise children. I have special interests in behavioral and mental health, ADHD, affirmative care for LGBTQ+ youth and weight management, and I’m passionate about educating families and the community on these topics.
My wish for you is...
... to feel supported and confident as you navigate parenthood, knowing that you’re not alone. I hope you find the right guidance that helps you be present with your child, understand their needs, and embrace the journey of raising them in a way that works for your family. I want all families to have access to high-quality care, with the resources and advocacy they need to thrive. At Bluebird Kids Health, we are all committed to ensuring every child receives compassionate, comprehensive care, and every family feels heard, valued, and supported.
