About Me
Caring for children has always felt like exactly where I’m meant to be. I practiced in Massachusetts for many years before moving to Florida in 2013, and I’m proud to now care for families here in Jacksonville. I’m also a mother of five, and both as a parent and as a pediatrician, I’ve gained a perspective that helps me guide families through the ups and downs of raising children.
What I love most about pediatrics is that kids are open, honest, and fun. When you’re able to connect with a child, you build trust — and that trust means everything to parents. Many parents feel overwhelmed or unsure if they’re doing things “right.” A big part of my role is offering reassurance and helping them feel more confident in their child’s progress.
I have special interests in behavioral and mental health, ADHD, affirmative care for LGBTQ+ youth, and weight management. I’m passionate about helping families better understand these topics and feel supported.
Outside of work, I spend time with my kids and my cat. In addition, I do graphic design as a hobby.

Trust yourself. You know your child better than anyone else. There isn’t only one right way to raise a child, and every child is different. If your child is thriving and healthy, it’s okay if their path looks a little different than what a book or website says.
“I feel reassured. I feel understood. I feel more confident about my child.”
