About Me
I'm a pediatrician, and my path here started with my own childhood doctors. My pediatrician was a constant, trusted presence in my life, and that kind of relationship always stayed with me. I wanted to be that for someone else.
What I love most about general pediatrics is the continuity. I get to care for kids from their very first days all the way through their teenage years, and when they come back someday with kids of their own, that's something special. That kind of trust takes time to build, and I don't take it lightly.
I talk directly to my patients, as young as possible. Even a one-year-old is a little person who deserves to be spoken to, not just around. Getting down on their level, literally, makes all the difference.
Behavioral health is an area I've gravitated toward over the years, particularly ADHD. Watching a child get the right support and truly start to thrive — whether it's in the classroom or on the sports field — is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
Outside of the office, you can usually find me spending time with family, bike riding, or visiting my daughter who is in college in California.
