We want to be your village

Our job isn't just to keep your baby healthy — it's to make sure you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way."

Meet Our Providers

Our board-certified providers each bring their own experience to the practice. What they all have in common: a genuine love for pediatrics. Hear from a few of our providers below:

Jot your questions down as they come to you — no question is too small. Newborns do a lot of weird things, and I'm here to prepare you so you don't have to worry later.

Remember that you're doing a better job than you think, don't be afraid to ask for support. It truly takes a village to raise a healthy child and I am very happy to be part of that village with you.

Stay curious and keep trying new things, at every age.

Take the time to bond with and enjoy your baby. It goes faster than you think.

Give yourself grace. We won't get it all right, and that's okay. Stay present, ask for help when you need it, and know that we're here for all of it.

It’s okay to ask questions and take a moment to understand what to expect. When you feel informed, everything feels a little more manageable.

It takes a village to raise a child. Let your pediatrician’s office be part of your village — this is a place you can lean on.

Be an advocate for yourself and your children. Every child is different. Give yourself grace — this is a marathon, not a race. Write your questions down, ask them freely, and know that we are here to help and will never judge you.

My wish for you is to feel supported and confident as you care for your child. I will partner with you through every stage with empathy, clarity, and trust.

Bring up any worries you or your child might have. We’re here to listen and work through them together.

There isn’t one perfect way to raise a child. Find what works for your family, and allow it to evolve as your child grows.

Trust yourself. You know your child better than anyone else. There isn’t only one right way to raise a child, and every child is different. If your child is thriving and healthy, it’s okay if their path looks a little different than what a book or website says.

If something feels off at school or at home, bring it up. The earlier we understand what’s going on, the sooner we can help.

Real food, fresh air, and a little boredom go a long way — and never hesitate to ask questions, no matter how small.

Trying is succeeding. Keep showing up.

There’s nothing we haven’t seen. Ask your questions — we’re here to support you without judgment.

"Bring all your questions, even the ones you think are silly. There's no such thing as an overprotective parent, just one who cares."

Dr. Nicole Pearson is a board-certified pediatrician with Bluebird Kids Health, serving the community for more than two decades.

Raising a child can be overwhelming, and often the deluge of advice given online and by others only makes things more confusing. Bring your questions, concerns and worries to the clinic and we will figure this out together.

You're not alone in this. Reach out early, ask every question, and let us help carry some of the weight.

Get curious about who your child is becoming, not just who you hope they'll be.

You're going to hear a lot of different opinions out there. Bring your questions to us and we'll work through them together.

Treat each child as their own individual. Avoid one basic rule for everyone — each child is their own special human.

When your child comes to you with a problem, ask: “Do you want my advice, or do you just want to vent?” Sometimes listening is the most powerful support.

It’s okay to reach out. Call us with your questions. We’re here to guide and support you.

Keep the yearly visits, even when everything seems fine. Those moments give us the chance to connect, to listen, and to catch the little things before they become big ones
